Data controller
Aeterna Studios is the controller for the processing described in this policy. Contact: hola@aeternastudios.es. Website: https://aeternastudios.es. This policy covers Aeterna Studios services and Aeterna Buildings publication announcements.
Contact form
We process the name, organisation, email address, project type, requirements, distribution channels, target date and message that you provide, to respond to enquiries and prepare proposals. The legal basis is your consent to answer your enquiry and, when you request a proposal or engagement, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Accepting this policy does not authorise advertising.
We retain the data for the duration of the relationship. If no relationship is established, the maximum period is two years from the last communication. Where required, necessary data will be retained with restricted access for legally applicable periods to address potential liabilities.
New dossier announcements
We use your email address to announce new “Cuadernos de Ingeniería” releases, based on your express consent. We retain your subscription until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. You can do so at any time by writing to hola@aeternastudios.es, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. We do not use this list for third-party advertising.
Security and spam prevention
To limit abusive submissions, the system uses an HMAC hash of the IP address combined with the hourly time slot, a submission counter and an expiry date. The antispam table does not store the IP address in plain text. The identifier is used only during the hour in which it is created and expires at the start of the next hour. Expired records are deleted when the next valid submission within the limit is processed. If there are no further submissions, they may remain stored until that clean-up, without being used to limit new time slots.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the website, forms and users against abuse. This processing is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. The hosting provider may keep its own technical access and security logs under its service terms.
Hosting, email and recipients
Hostinger provides website hosting, database and email services as a processor. This website’s hosting has been contracted on servers in the European Union. Its processing terms and subprocessors are described in the Hostinger data processing agreement. The location and safeguards of associated services are governed by that agreement.
We do not disclose your data to third parties for their own purposes unless required by law. This does not prevent access by providers acting on our behalf or communications to external services that you request. We do not make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you, nor do we create commercial profiles.
Purchases and external content
Payhip handles purchases as an independent controller under its privacy policy. Payment details are entered in its environment; our forms do not collect card details.
When you authorise and play external videos, YouTube or Instagram receive technical data such as your IP address and browser information. These services apply their own policies and may transfer data internationally under their safeguards. See the cookie policy, the Google policy and the Instagram policy.
Your rights and complaints
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hola@aeternastudios.es. State the right you wish to exercise and the information needed to locate your request. We will ask for additional identification only when necessary. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Required information
Fields marked as required are needed to process each request. We cannot handle your request without them. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive data or information about other people.
